Cancellations & Policies

Welcome! Abe's Transportation LLC will gladly provide services to you subject to the following terms and conditions. Please read this agreement carefully, before accessing or using the Service, if you do not accept the terms and conditions expressed here, do not use this website or our services. By using this website and or our services, you expressly agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set forth herein without limitation or qualification. And acknowledge that any other agreements between you and Abe's Transportation LLC are superseded and of no force or effect.

All Cancellations

All cancellations must be sent via email to info@abestransportationllc.com. We will reply to you with a cancellation notification email. Save this email for future reference as timely proof of your cancellation.

Phone cancellation will not be accepted. The date on which the cancellation notice is received by Abe's Transportation LLC we will verify the applicable cancellation fee. It would be prudent to follow up with a phone call. We do not take any responsibility for cancellation fees resulting from mistakes, the weather, family emergencies, double booking or wrong dates or information. Only if a cancellation request is made within 1 Hour after the reservation was made it can be cancelled free of cost. If cancellation is made after 1 Hour of reservation there will be no refund.

Waiting Time

Waiting charges begin 15 minutes after the scheduled pickup time. Waiting Time charges are assessed in half hour increments.

Point to Point Service Cancellations

Cancellation within 24 hours of scheduled pickup time will result in a full charge equal to the cost of the trip.

Hourly Service Cancellations

For Super Stretch Limo, Luxurious sport utility vehicle (SUV), Passenger van and Mini bus cancellations within 7 Days of scheduled pickup time forfeit 100% of total bill.

Wedding and Prom Package Cancellations

All Wedding and Prom Package Deals are 100% Non-Refundable from the date and time that the booking is made, whether or not the service is used.

No-Show Fee

A no-show fee equal to the total trip cost will be charged when the passenger fails to show at the designated location. In order to avoid this charge, passengers should not leave designated pickup locations without calling Abe's Transportation LLC at (816) 349-5393.

Surcharges

A $15.00 surcharge for service scheduled before 5:00 am or after 12:00 am.
Stops are charged $15.00 each for in route stops.
